Eyes on the player in third person may lose their texture and have cartoonish spirals as a result of turning invisible. Saving and exiting the game or reloading from the main menu seems to fix this. Using the console on PC to readjust your race also seems to fix this.
Immersive Animations left hand draw/sheath not working - posted in General Skyrim Support: I followed the Skyrim Revisited guide, and so far everything seems to be working except for drawing weapons for my left hand, or from a shield on my back. The animation for the right hand plays, and the left hand sword/shield just jumps into my hand without an animation. This is happening both with dual. Invisible items means the game cannot locate the texture file (.dds) associated with the mesh for the item. If the hands are visible properly in the 3rd person view, then somehow the mesh for the 1st person hands is not picking up the texture file. To fix this you have to sheathe or unsheathe your weapon or go to the items menu. This doesn't permanently fix the problem, as every time you quickload a quicksave the problem will return. The only way to really fix it is to start loading the quicksave through the load menu.
- It always says 'You are already trying to place something.'
Please let Frostfall try to solve the problem for you. If your problem isn't listed above, or happens frequently, let me know by PMing me on the boards where you downloaded Frostfall.

Expected Behavior
- SkyUI users: Your Exposure Protection will disappear from the Inventory Menu if you press the C key, mousewheel up, or the right thumbstick (on the Xbox 360 controller), regardless of whether or not you can zoom into that particular item. This is normal and unavoidable, and was done to make the Exposure Protection disappear when zooming into items under most circumstances. Roll your mousewheel down, press the C key, press Right Thumbstick, or just exit and re-enter the Inventory Menu to bring it back.
- Your displayed backpack items may flicker the first time you equip it. This is normal.
- Due to the way the default Carry Weight enchantment works, Followers cannot receive a carry weight bonus from backpacks.
- There is some clipping between backpacks and various cloaks. This is normal and unavoidable. Care was taken to attempt to avoid as much clipping as possible. I did not create the cloaks, or the backpacks. See Belt-Fastened Quivers for improving the clipping between quivers and backpacks.
- Frost damage AOE spells do not put out campfires, and fire damage AOE spells do not light campfires. Implementing this would greatly overcomplicate the way campfires currently work.
- If you drop a camping item near an NPC, they will occasionally try to 'return' it to you even though you've already pitched your tent, set up your tanning rack, so on. This will duplicate the camping item. I don't have a very good way of fixing this without modifying the way the Story Manager works, which I don't want to do.
- The following Papyrus log errors are expected on game load, and I cannot prevent them. They can be safely ignored.

Some possible exploits and innovative uses for the Invisibility effect include:
- Stealing objects (not pickpocketing): even if the Invisibility breaks when you steal an item, you don't get any bounty for stealing.
- Picking a lock won't break invisibility, but opening the locked door or chest will. You don't get a bounty for lockpicking, though.
- Pickpocketing in broad daylight: Invisibility will break, but only after you've committed the act. It will not prevent you from getting caught if you fail, however.
- Helping sneak past opponents' lines of sight: with the help of Quiet Casting, you can use Invisibility to sneak right in front of opponents.
- Breaking combat: if you manage to put enough distance between you and current opponents to not be able to be heard with the help of your Sneak skill, you can cast Invisibility to make them lose track of you and return to their former spot after a few seconds.
- Returning to hidden mode while in plain sight of enemies if you have the Shadow Warrior perk.
- Walking through a door or cave opening that loads into a new area while simultaneously charging up an Invisibility spell will complete the spell on the other side. This can be very useful for hiding yourself when first entering a new area that might have danger.
- With the spell charged or a potion at the ready, one can perform any action then immediately (re)engage the Invisibility effect by drinking another potion or releasing charge on the spell. This applies to any object that can be activated, including doors, containers and levers.
- Snap Attack: Cast and hold--don't resolve--Invisibility, attack an opponent, and immediately release Invisibility. You will visible for a split-second, then disappear again. Slaughter crowded rooms without breaking sneak.
- Feeding as a Vampire doesn't break invisibility, so it can be useful for avoiding detection in a room full of potential witnesses.
Bugs[edit]
- When viewed in first person prior to casting, the Invisibility spell seems to lack the 'shimmering' effect of other spells, and instead appears as a dark, translucent 'blob' in the palm of your hand. This does not, however, affect the spell itself in any form, and is purely aesthetic.
- This bug is fixed by version 1.3.1 of the Unofficial Skyrim Patch.
